I am an accredited coach with experience in helping people find motivation, resilience, manage stress, depression, anxiety, improve relationships and achieve great results in their professional and personal life.
As well as being a coach, I am also a motivational speaker as well as trainer and have experience of providing motivational presentations and workshops on a range of topics including resilience, achieving better goals, stress, work-life balance and well-being.
I have personal experience of life’s big challenges including a life long condition, bereavement, bullying, redundancy and a relationship breakdown. I know what it is like to work in a stressful environment, worry about yourself and others, be concerned about the future. I know what it feels like when it appears that there is no way out. But I found the way out, I succeeded against all odds and I have an incredibly happy, successful and fulfilling life as a result. And so can you!
