These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the If I Grow wellbeing-focused iOS app (the “App”), operated by PGZone Ltd (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Users aged 14 or above may create multiple accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
You agree not to use the App inappropriately, including:
Asking the AI coach questions unrelated to personal development.
Engaging in harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate communication.
Attempting to disrupt the App’s functionality or security.
Unauthorised sharing or distribution of content from the App.
Violation of acceptable use can result in account suspension or permanent termination.
The App offers monthly and yearly subscription options.
All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Payments are processed through Apple. Please refer to Apple’s refund policy for refund-related queries.
All content within the App, including graphics, logos, text, AI-generated content, and materials from coaches, is exclusively owned by PGZone Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without explicit permission.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:
Engage in unauthorised sharing of App content.
Violate our acceptable use policies.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other user accounts or App resources.
Use the App for unlawful or unethical purposes.
Engage in activities that harm other users or the reputation of the App.
The App includes links to www.ifigrow.com. PGZone Ltd is responsible for the content on this site. Users acknowledge that visiting external links is at their own discretion.
The App, including AI and human coaching services, is designed to support your personal development and wellbeing. It does not replace professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Always seek professional advice when necessary. PGZone Ltd is not liable for any actions or outcomes based on App content.
We may update these Terms periodically. You will be notified via in-app messages regarding updates. Your continued use of the App following such notifications implies your acceptance of these updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any unresolved disputes after internal resolution attempts will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
