  • Continuously improve and personalise the user experience.

  • Internal Team: PGZone Ltd employees responsible for App operations, support, and improvements.

  • Legal Obligations: Compliance with UK law or lawful requests from UK authorities.

  • AI Chat Logs: Automatically deleted within 24 hours.

  • Habit and Goal Data: Retained as long as your account is active or until you request deletion.

  • Account Deletion: Upon account deletion, all associated data is erased from our servers within 24 hours.

All user data is securely hosted on servers located in Manchester, UK. We do not transfer or store your data outside of the UK.

We have implemented robust security measures, including:

Any content you submit through the App (such as motivations for coaching) grants PGZone Ltd a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, modify, reproduce, and display such content in connection with operating, improving, and promoting the App.

14. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our App does not utilise cookies, pixels, trackers, or third-party tracking technologies.

15. Marketing & Communications

We provide:

  • Newsletters: Weekly communications related to wellbeing and App updates, from which users may unsubscribe anytime.

  • Push Notifications: Sent to remind you of habit tracking and goals. You may disable these within your App or device settings.

16. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated clearly via an in-App notification and posted at www.ifigrow.com. Continued App usage after updates implies acceptance of these revised terms.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Privacy Policy is governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales. Initial disputes should be addressed directly with PGZone Ltd. If unresolved internally, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of England and Wales.
